Keep a good notebook.
Attend class daily. If you are going to be out, communicate with me via email.
Be responsible and complete your assignments to the best of your ability.

Stay on top of your reading assignments
Proof read your written work prior to submission.
Attend class daily.
If you struggle with writing college level academic arguments, make time to see me prior to submission.
Students will receive a significant amount of homework that will always be reviewed or collected the next day. If homework is collected, it will be graded, returned, and count towards your grade for the marking period.
Your high school grade will be based on various multiple choice exams, essays, quizzes, and homework assignments that I assign during each marking period. The grading breakdown per marking period is as follows:
Tests/Projects /Quiz 30%
Class Participation 40%
Homework 30%
What is the SchoolTool Parent Portal?
Our Academic Management System, SchoolTool, offers the SchoolTool Parent Portal. Parent Portal gives parents access to monitor their children's progress in school and provides a way for parents to get secure online information about their children.
