The Senior High Library Media Center is open most days after school until 4 p.m.
Please bring a pass from your teacher when you come to the Library Media Center.
Remember to sign in when you arrive!
Please check with the librarian or teacher in charge before leaving the Library Media Center.
Be kind, courteous and respectful.
Hoodies off in the Library Media Center, as per school dress code.
Remember to eat well, but NOT in the Library Media Center!
Water is allowed (and drinks in closed thermoses); please be careful of the books and computers!
You may use your cell phones, but not to talk, Facetime, Skype, or Live Chat etc.
Please do not take photos or film in the Library Media Center without permission from the librarian or teacher in charge.
ASK FOR HELP (finding books, doing homework, or whatever you need! )
Start your research projects and book reports early!
Make notes of those things that interest or impress you as you go - it saves time later on!
Students should arrive on time and be prepared for each day.
Have a positive mind set and be respectful to all.
The purpose of the Senior High Library Media Center (LMC) is to support faculty and administration by providing materials needed to fulfill the mission of the Ellenville Central School District and to follow the designated curriculum and the Common Core State Standards of New York State department of education. The LMC provides materials to cultivate the academic, intellectual, emotional, and recreational interests and needs of Ellenville High School students, and to inspire a love of reading and lifelong learning. What is the SchoolTool Parent Portal?
Our Academic Management System, SchoolTool, offers the SchoolTool Parent Portal. Parent Portal gives parents access to monitor their children's progress in school and provides a way for parents to get secure online information about their children.
