1. Keep up with your studying day to day.
2. Focus on your study. (No distractions !!). Follow remote learning guidelines.
3. Keep good notes and stay organized.
4. Skim topics in the notes before they are covered in class.
5. After class, carefully review topics and practice covered in class.
6. Learn the language of chemistry. VOCABULARY IS KEY :)
7. Attempt all the example problems in the practice packets and complete ALL homework on time!
Homework assigned in Google Classroom must be submitted no later than the designated time and due date.
Assignments collected in class must be submitted when class meets on the due date.
My grading policy can be found in the syllabus for the respective courses that I teach.
REGENTS CHEMISTRY AND FORENSIC SCIENCE:
Late assignments will have 10 points deducted for each school day after the due date. If there are extenuating circumstances, parents/guardians may contact me by phone at extension 504 or by email, or may contact your child's guidance counselor.
What is the SchoolTool Parent Portal?
Our Academic Management System, SchoolTool, offers the SchoolTool Parent Portal. Parent Portal gives parents access to monitor their children's progress in school and provides a way for parents to get secure online information about their children.
To register for the Parent Portal, please contact your child's main office.
Meetings are held every Monday after school from 2:45-3:45 p.m. in Room 504
All students that are science enthusiasts are encouraged to join!
