Junior Class Check List

Finalize schedule for Junior Year.

Tentatively plan senior schedule; what else do you want to take? 

Talk to the counselor about your career path.

Look over senior awards that you may qualify for, (GPA's etc.). Know your weighted and unweighted GPA. 

Sign up for SAT or another ACT. Look at dates and talk to parents or guardians. (You only need an SAT or ACT if you go to a four year college.)

Take virtual or in person college tours. 

Write a resume or at least a list of accomplishments as a google document. 

Find at least three people to write your college recommendation letters. The recommender will need your resume and a list of your extra curricular activities.

Create a CFNC account. You will need for college applications, send transcript and some scholarships. (https://www.cfnc.org/) 

Create and use another personal email account for college applications, college board, etc. because after you graduate your ECPS email will close.
