Wellbeing Program Instructor

Locations

Facilitate wellbeing programs for students aged 12-18

Lead and / or assist on other Ecoventure sessions as required

Attend daily briefing and debriefing

Attend ‘whole staff meetings’

Assist with kit checks

Assisting group leaders with meal duties, free time and evening ents

1st Aid qualification

Experience working with young people in the outdoors

NGB certificates

Background in psychology and / or Environmental Awareness

Previous experience in a similar role

Driving license

AED 2,500-4,200/month

Work visa

Food and accommodation.

Flight allowance of AED 2,200 per season

Yearly personal development allowance of up to AED 3,000 (for returning staff)

Training at the start of the season and ongoing development throughout the season
