Delete your account
Deleting your account will delete all your data: Notes, Checklist ... and revoke access to your Google Drive account. Deleted data cannot be retrieved.
Note: Before deleting your account, you should use the "Backup" feature to download all your notes and checklists to your device. You can then use the backup feature to "Restore" that data.

1. Open your FlyNote
2. Tap ‘≡’ button -> Settings -> Delete Account.
3. Read the pop-up dialog and agree with the account deletion information and select "Delete Account"

If you are unable to delete your account and data using the settings within the FlyNote app, you can request account deletion outside the app using one of the two methods below:

Alternatively, you can send an email requesting account deletion to our support team at flynote@apps.ecomobile.vn. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and ensure you send the email from the exact Google account you used to sign in to FlyNote.

Once you submit an account deletion request, it will take up to two weeks for your account and data to go through the automated deletion process. After two weeks, your account and data will not be recoverable.
To cancel the deletion of your account, please send an email to flynote@apps.ecomobile.vn before the automated deletion process is complete.
