Ciné Brousse is an exciting project set up with my association Yélé from Adzopé and I am writing to you today because I would very much like to propose this CAS (Service) project to 12th grade students.
For five years now, Yélé d'Adzopé ( www.yeleadzope.com ) has been committed to enriching the lives of young people in Côte d'Ivoire through various sporting and artistic activities.
During school holidays, we organize movie nights, football tournaments, painting and pottery workshops, thus offering moments of joy and creativity to Ivorian youth.
With the Ciné Brousse project, Yélé d'Adzopé wants to go even further! The goal is to acquire a social bus, transform it into a traveling cinema and travel the road from Switzerland to the Ivory Coast. In the summer of 2025, this bus will bring inspiring films directly to children, offering free screenings and creative workshops. In addition, an artistic report will be produced to immortalize this beautiful adventure.
To carry out this ambitious project, we are looking for motivated students to organize various activities related to fundraising: bake sales, galas, art exhibitions, etc.

Help support a young refugee in Geneva
La Croix Rouge de Genève runs a program to help non- accompanied minors integrate the local Geneva and Vaud community. Projet Binôme aims to partner young teens from the local community with young refugees who have recently arrived in the area. It is an incredible experience which 4 of our Ecolint students have enjoyed in the past.
There is an information session online on the 1st of December and you can find out lots of information on this page https://www.croix-rouge-ge.ch/...
In the meantime, please don't hesitate to email me for more details.

S/ A: CAS Project: Hero's Day Care Centre, Rwanda
There's a great opportunity for a CAS project with the Heroes Day Care Centre for kids with disabilities. They need a new school bus since the school is relocating and many kids can't walk the long distance to school. I had the idea of having a 10K walk to raise money, since that's the distance the kids would have to walk. People have already agreed to make posters, bake pastries for people once they complete the walk, and raise awareness within the school. I originally signed up to run the project in September but I had another commitment so I can't head the project, but I can still help out as a CAS experience. I have planned a lot of it already and there are loads of people willing to help, so the main thing to do now is to get in touch with the centre and pick a date. This is a great opportunity to help kids who have had a really disadvantaged background, and it will be a really fun project as well.
Please contact: noa.ringart@gmail.com for additional information about the day care centre. Here is a presentation. to find out more
