キャッシュバック適用の対象となるSoftBank光のご利用状況確認を目的としており、開通月を1ヶ月目とし、6ヶ月分のご利用明細の写しをご提出いただくことになります。

キャッシュバックのお申し込み手続きが完了するまで、該当月(6ヶ月分)のご利用明細をお手元に保管してください。本キャンペーン適用対象となるご利用明細の写しをご提出いただけない場合は、キャンペーン対象外となります。

・SoftBank光の開通後、特典受け取り前に退会,プラン変更や転居、名義住所などの変更をされた場合、キャンペーン対象外となります。

・ After the opening of SoftBank Hikari, if you withdraw from the membership, change your plan, move, or change your name before receiving the benefits, you will not be eligible for the campaign.

・お申し込み後にキャンセルし、再度お申し込みいただいた場合もキャンペーン対象外となります。

・キャッシュバックお支払口座の名義が、SoftBank光の契約者と異なる場合は、キャッシュバックのお支払対象外となります。
