Overview of Our Process:
Immigration evaluations are typically completed within two weeks of the final scheduled interview date. Expedited services are available for quicker evaluation completion. Generally, three meetings with an evaluator are required, which can be conducted virtually or in person. In some cases, a fourth appointment may be necessary. Each appointment lasts about two hours.
Appointment availability is flexible and can be scheduled within a few days of securing our services. During your consultation, we can discuss the timeframes for completing the evaluation and report. *See below for rush requests!
YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Cash, Zelle, Debit, and credit cards, as well as CareCredit, all of which are accepted forms of payment.
Evaluation Fee:
We use a standard flat rate fee Structure
$1,000 Flat Fee. (This fee covers all scheduled appointments)

Full payment by card at the 1st appointment
$100 Discount applied to total with this option, adjusting base price to $900.00
Full CASH payment at the 1st appointment
$200 Discount applied to total with this option adjusting base price to $800.00
Pay 1/2 Upfront and Remainder At The End:
A discount of $50.00 - only applies when cash is paid
The first installment is due at the initial appointment - the first 50% of the estimated cost
The final installment is due when you complete the last appointment. the first 50% of the estimated cost
Pay As You Go & Pay Final Balance At End:
Discounts DO NOT APPLY
Pay per appointment $150.00 (dedicated from balance due at the end)

RUSH REQUESTS
Reports are completed within 2 weeks from the last scheduled appointment. This additional fee applies when the report is time-sensitive and a request to expedite is made. ** This can be discussed during the consultation to determine if this is needed.
Hourly Rate $150.00
This charge is applied when payment is not made in full
The amount balance is deducted from the final payment due upon service completion
Court Appearances $400.00 per hour
This rate applies for any court appearances
Revision Fees $50.00
Charged when additional revision requests are made after the initial FREE revision.
First revision is provided at no additional cost
Translation Services $ FEE VARIES
All translation service fees are the client's responsibility
Family members cannot be used for translation. We can recommend a translator service for you.
Exception for Spanish: We have available evaluators who speak Spanish. However, this service is sometimes offered only virtually.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours' notice is needed to cancel or reschedule once a session is scheduled
A $50.00 charge will be added to the client's bill for:
Missed appointments
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice
All no-shows and no-calls are charged a full session rate of $150.00
