(BCT #59) Boundary Sketch

Under the supervision of Jeff Thibodeau and in collaboration with an AmeriCorps Cape Cod member, this map was created to show the boundaries of one of the Brewster Conservation Trust's properties.

Hay Property

(BCT #60) Boundary Sketch

In collaboration with Jeff Thibodeau of the Brewster Conservation Trust, this boundary sketch of one of the most significant properties owned by this non-profit highlights the trails available, the coordinates of each boundary, as well as the type of bound. This sketch was used to mark boundaries in the field and was updated for corrections to GPS coordinates.

Sensitive Natural Resources and Land Use Analysis

In collaboration with the Brewster Conservation Trust, this map examines the overlap of critical natural landscape, core habitat, protected space, and easily polluted water sources to determine the best locations for potential affordable housing.

Harvey Property

(BCT #61A) Boundary Sketch

In collaboration with Jeff Tibodeau of the Brewster Conservation Trust, this map displays the boundaries of the BCT #61A property. It highlights two neighboring parcels as well due to encroachment issues and violations of the conservation restriction on the BCT #61A property. This map was used to solve the encroachments and violations of the neighbors.
