1. Focused Notes are due every week unless teacher says otherwise.

- Mr. Boone will specify how many pages and how many repetitions/interactions the student will add.
- Student grade comes from the repetitions/interactions only. If there are none, the grade will be a zero until fixed.
2. Students should carry and use their planner every day. Planner checks will be done weekly.

- At minimum, students will track what they did in class each day, however it is recommended that students also track homework, test dates, activities and anything else they need to remember.
3. Tutorial Request Forms are due every Wednesday and/or Thursday, depending on class schedule, unless Mr. Boone says otherwise.

- Half of the grade for TRFs come from pre-work. If a student comes to class on tutoring day without a completed TRF, they should expect to lose points.
- The TRF is always a test grade.
