Background

Hey y'all! My name is Kelsey Worthy and I currently teach Pre-AP English II and Journalism/Yearbook at Falcon ECHS. I also serve as the Student Council adviser. I graduated from OHS in 2008 and went on to graduate from UTPB in 2012 with a major in English and a minor in Communications. Currently, I am working on earning my Master's Degree in English from UTPB.

This will be my sixth year teaching overall and my third year at Falcon. I feel truly blessed to be a part of this program and I am honored to have the opportunity to educate your student. Literature is my passion and I truly believe that every child can find a book that will change their life forever; my hope is that I can help each student to discover a love for reading and learning while they are in my class.

Throughout the semester, I will use this webpage to update parents and students on new projects/tasks that we are completing in the classroom. If at any point, you have a question, please feel free to contact me.
