Welcome to the Suzuki Program! We are very excited for you and your child to embark on this musical journey with us. The Suzuki method is about all three parts (teacher, student and parent) work equally together to achieve their highest potential in music. Learning how to play either the violin, viola or cello; the Suzuki method focuses on the mother tongue approach which allows the parent and child to work harmoniously together. Musical talent is not something one is born with but is an ability to be developed. The potential of each child is unlimited and as teachers, we support their individual needs of learning, with having high standards for each student.

We are excited to begin this new school year of 2024-2025 here at Milam. We want to welcome all who are new and all who are returning for another year at Suzuki. This year looks a little different without Magnet but we will still work hard to reach goals and to grow in our musical journey. We are proud of you all for making this commitment and ready to begin!
Due to Magnet being canceled, we had to unfortunately cancel our first concert, The Spooki Suzuki concert. We will only have for 2 concerts this year, plus the tour instead of the 3 like we had last year. Talk to your students individual teacher to see which concert your student will be performing in.
