Dr. Larisa Bairamova

Before 1990, Larisa resided in Kiev, capital of Ukraine ( USSR)

Received Diploma and Graduate Diploma in Cello Performance, Pedagogy and Orchestra performance from Tchaikovsky State Conservatory ( Kiev, Ukraine SSR )

Won All- Ukrainian Republic Cello Competition 1984 ( Kharkov, Ukraine I place)) and All-Union Cello Competition 1985 ( Kishinev, Moldova, 3rd place); All-Ukrainian Republic Chamber music competition ( 2nd place) Kiev, Ukraine 1986

In 1985 was appointed a position of Concert Cellist in residence at State Concert organization S. Nicholas House of Organ and Chamber Music , Kiev Ukraine

From 1985-1990 performed over 250 solo recitals throughout the former USSR as well as numerous chamber music concerts.

Recorded cello and chamber music for State Radio and Television.

In 1994 received the Catherine Herrick Cobb Fellowship in Music from Michigan State University School of Music.

Won position of Principal Cellist in Knoxville Symphony, were she worked from 1996-1999 with Maestro Trevor.

Performed as a soloist and chamber musician at Southern Methodist University's six weeks summer Music Festival, Spoleto Italy Music Festival, Concerto Soloists of Philadelphia, The Pennsylvania Opera Theatre Orchestra in Philadelphia , Manchester summer music festival ( Vermont) , Lansing and Midland ( Michigan) Symphony Orchestras.

In 2001 Dr. Bairamova joined ECISD Fine Arts Team under phenomenal leadership of Fine Arts Director Mr. Nail.

She joined ECISD as Assistant Orchestra Director at Academy at Ector and from 2004 she was appointed as a Head Orchestra Director at Crockett M.S. Orchestra were continues to teach students to love orchestra music , excel academically and learn to perform with excellence and passion.
