Students will use mathematical processes to acquire and demonstrate understanding. Represent and use real numbers in a variety of forms. Use proportional relationships to describe dilations. Explain proportional and non-proportional relationships involving slope and dilations. Develop foundational concepts of functions. Make connections to geometric formulas. Use one-variable equations and inequalities. Apply concepts using expressions, equations and relationships. Use statistical procedures to describe data. Develop an economic way of thinking and problem solving useful in one's life as a knowledgeable consumer and investor.
