Breaking Barriers and Advocating Passionately
Echo Prime LLC is a bilingual (English/Spanish) agency proudly serving Indiana families through two distinct, trauma-informed programs.
We are contracted with the Child Mental Health Wraparound Program to provide Habilitation (HAB), Family Support and Training (FST) for at-risk youth ages 6–17. Additionally, under the Child Mental Health Initiative Program, Echo Prime offers Skills Training and Development services. This service helps youth and their families develop skills, foster stronger relationships, and achieve individualized goals through culturally responsive care.
Separately, Echo Prime is also contracted with the Department of Child Services to deliver restorative, relationship-driven services, including therapeutic visitation, father engagement, parenting education, family preservation, and other services built to support the families. Across both programs, our team creates safe spaces where families can reconnect, rebuild, and rise.

Echo Prime provides Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) Services!
Echo Prime is contracted under the Child Mental Health Wraparound program in Indiana to provide Habilitation and Family Support and Training (FST).
This program is for at-risk youth ages 6-17 to support them and their families in reaching their individualized goals.

Habilitation
Habilitation services are one-on-one skill building services for at-risk youth. Habilitators work on teaching emotional management skills, and communication skills, building self-esteem, and empowering youth to reach their fullest potential in a positive and productive manner.
Family Support and Training (FST)
Family Support and Training services are for family members, and extended family supports to address how to improve overall family functioning and how to support the youth and family in a way that allows them to be successful in the community, home, and school.
Skills Training and Development services
Skills Services under Indiana’s Children’s Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) are designed to help youth build practical, emotional, and social skills that support long-term stability at home, in school, and in the community. Delivered in real-life settings by trained professionals, these services focus on teaching coping strategies, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and daily living skills tailored to each youth’s needs. Whether it’s learning how to manage anxiety, navigate peer relationships, or build routines for success, Skills Services provide hands-on coaching and support that empowers youth to thrive. As part of the CMHI wraparound model, these services are family-driven, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed ensuring that youth and caregivers are active partners in the healing process.

Family Preservation
Home Based Family Centered Casework
Fathers Engagement
Homemaker/Parent aid
Family Preservation is a trauma-informed service designed to help families stay safely together during times of stress or crisis. It provides intensive, in-home support to strengthen parenting skills, improve family functioning, and prevent unnecessary out-of-home placements. The goal is to stabilize the home environment while empowering caregivers to meet their children's emotional, developmental, and safety needs.
Home-Based Family-Centered Casework provides hands-on support to families navigating challenges that place children at risk of removal or hinder reunification. Through in-home visits, our team helps caregivers build parenting skills, strengthen routines, access community resources, and resolve barriers to safety and stability. The goal is to empower families to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Father Engagement is designed to support fathers in building strong, nurturing relationships with their children. Through individualized coaching, resource connection, and skill-building, we help fathers strengthen their parenting confidence, deepen emotional bonds, and actively participate in their family’s healing and growth. This service honors the vital role fathers play in reunification, stability, and long-term success.
Homemaker/Parent Aid provides practical, in-home assistance to help caregivers manage daily responsibilities and create a stable, nurturing environment for their children. Services may include support with household routines, parenting strategies, organization, and connecting families to essential resources. The goal is to reduce stress, strengthen family functioning, and promote long-term safety and well-being.
Parent Education
Transition From Restrictive Placement (TRP)
Therapeutic Supervision Visitation
Traditional Supervised Visitation
Parent Education equips caregivers with practical tools and knowledge to strengthen parenting skills, improve family routines, and support child development. Through individualized sessions, we help parents build confidence, understand age-appropriate expectations, and apply trauma-informed strategies that promote safety, stability, and emotional connection within the home.
Transition from Restrictive Placement (TRP) helps youth safely reintegrate into home or community settings after time in residential care, foster care, or other restrictive environments. Our team provides structured, trauma-informed support to ease the transition, strengthen family dynamics, and promote long-term stability. Services focus on building trust, restoring routines, and connecting families with resources that support lasting success.
Therapeutic Supervision Visitation provides structured, trauma-informed support during parent-child visits, helping families rebuild trust and strengthen emotional bonds in a safe, guided environment. A trained professional facilitates each visit, offering coaching, emotional regulation strategies, and real-time feedback to promote healing, attachment, and readiness for reunification
Traditional Supervised Visitation provides a safe, neutral setting for parents and children to spend time together while a trained staff member observes and documents the interaction. This service ensures the child’s well-being during visits and supports healthy parent-child connection. Visits may occur in the home, community, or designated office space, depending on the family’s needs and court directives
Community Outreach
🎁 104 Children, Countless Smiles: A Holiday to Remember 🎁
This past Christmas, Echo Prime LLC partnered with Lotus Family Services to bring warmth, joy, and dignity to 104 children in need — and the results were nothing short of incredible.
Thanks to the generosity of our community and the tireless efforts of our team, each child received essential items like coats, clothes, shoes, new socks and underwear, toothbrushes, and even toys and household goods. These weren’t just gifts — they were reminders that someone cares, that every child deserves to feel seen, safe, and celebrated.
The energy was electric. From the moment the first gift was unwrapped to the last smile shared, the day was filled with connection and gratitude. While we wish we could capture every helping hand in one photo, please know this: your support made a lasting impact.
This is just the beginning. Echo Prime is committed to making this outreach an annual tradition, with a vision to grow the reach and deepen the impact each year. Together, we’re not just giving gifts — we’re building memories, restoring hope, and showing up for our communities in meaningful ways.
Christmas List: COMPLETED ✅️
🎄Echo Prime’s Holiday Outreach in Peru🎄
This past December, Echo Prime LLC brought joy and connection to at-need youth in Peru through a heartfelt holiday event that blended tradition, laughter, and community care. With the help of local partners, our team hosted a festive gathering where children received Christmas presents, shared warm cups of hot chocolate, and enjoyed slices of panetón — a beloved holiday treat.
The highlight of the day was an interactive show led by a playful clown who had the children laughing, dancing, and fully immersed in the moment. For many, it was a rare chance to simply be kids — to feel seen, celebrated, and safe. The event created lasting memories and reminded us all of the power of joy, especially in spaces where healing is needed most.
Echo Prime is committed to making this outreach an annual tradition, with hopes to expand the impact each year. As we grow, so does our vision: to bring trauma-informed care, celebration, and connection to youth across borders — one act of service at a time.
