Hello Students and Families!

We miss all of you! This time can feel strange, sad, confusing, and weird. You and your parents may be sharing these same emotions. Our thoughts can make our feelings change because this is new to everyone. We want you to take care of yourself. Do things that make you think and feel happy and positive. Spend time getting good sleep, learning something new, and take it one day at a time. We put together some things that may be interesting for you to try and can help when you don't feel well. We are still here for each one of you and your families.

¡Los extrañamos a todos ustedes! Durante este tiempo, uno se puede sentir extraño, triste, confuso, o raro. Tú y tus papas pueden estar sintiendo las mismas emociones. Nuestros pensamientos pueden cambiar nuestras emociones porque esto es algonuevo para todos. Queremos que se cuiden y que hagan cosas que les hagan pensar pensamientos positivos y alegres. Pasen el tiempo durmiendo bien, aprendan algo nuevo, y tomen esto un día a la vez. Incluimos algunas cosas que pueden ser interesantes para que lo traten y ayudarlos cuando no se sientan bien.
