I'm Sourabh Panwar, a dedicated researcher working in the area of nanoscale device design and modeling.

My research journey started in 2020 at the VLSI Design lab, National Institute of Technology, Surat. I have embarked on an amazing journey delving deep into the engaging area of nanoscale devices, specifically exploring the fascinating area of ferroelectricity. Guided by an insatiable curiosity and relentless dedication, and strive to uncover new ideas and meaningfully contribute to my field.

Beyond the complex networks of circuits and simulations, I get inspiration from divine cultures, music, and the multitude of viewpoints that every human interaction brings.
