For Potential Members:

Did you receive a letter indicating you are eligible for NHS consideration?

Do you wish to be reviewed by the Faculty Council? If so, please complete the following steps:

1. Review the EHS Board approved Viking Chapter Policy.

2. Download and complete the Application Cover Sheet/School Activities Form/Essay  Review the "What Counts" sheet which is on the second page of the eligibility letter you received. 

3. If you have completed service and leadership outside of Eastern High School, and/or if you have a job, please complete the "Community Service/Leadership Verification"  and/or the "Employment Leadership Verification"  form.

4. Submit your documents to Room 49 by March 17  @ 2:15PM.

PARTIAL APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME AND DATE.
