The Eastern High School Library Media Center supports the district's mission by providing a 21st century learning laboratory focused on student achievement and success.   Serving as the intellectual hub of the school's integrated curriculum, the LMC is the place where students are taught to be problem solvers, information seekers, avid readers, and lifelong learners, preparing them to fully participate in a global society.  The library media specialist is a collaborative partner with classroom teachers in promoting academic achievement, working closely with students to access, evaluate, apply, and transform information successfully.
