CTCC Parental Consent & Medical Information for Treatment of Minors (Under 18)
Canaan is asking parents to complete this form in case of an emergency where parent/guardian cannot be reached, church leaders or designated individuals are then authorized to make necessary medical decisions, ensuring timely care for the child.
Parents or legal guardian of minors (under age 18) are asked to submit this form for each new school year. This submission will be valid from date of submission to August 2026.

Inviting Adults & Kids to join the Anniversary Celebration Orchestra!
Canaan is celebrating our 45th anniversary on the first weekend of November. If you play an instrument, please join the special 45th Anniversary Celebration Orchestra. You will be blessing our Canaan Family with beautiful music at the Anniversary All Church Service on November 2, 2025.
This Orchestra welcomes musicians of ALL ages with some experience in his/her instrument. Even if it has been years since you last played, BUT you have the interest to play, click the link below for info about practice dates and to sign up!

CTCC 45th Anniversary Sports Festival - September 2025
We are kicking off celebrating Canaan's 45 anniversary with a sports festival "packed with friendly competition, laughter, and fellowship".

When you look at the Parent Helper Schedule:
If you CAN serve on your assigned date, confirm your assigned dates with your initial in the green column
If you CAN NOT serve on your assigned date, please contact another family to swap dates; and be sure to update the schedule accordingly.

Church Nursery - Open Again!
Nursery welcomes kids age 4 months to 36 months.
Staffed from 10am to 12:30pm with two wonderful babysitters.
Location: Room 103
Be sure to:
leave a diaper bag (with diapers, wipes, drink bottle, and change of clothes) at drop off time
let babysitter know if your child has food allergies and will he/she eat a home provided snack or the nursery room snacks (cheerios, raisins, or goldfish)
Children's Store for Kindergarten to Grade 5 Age Kids
Next Store Date: TBD
Children's Store is for kids in Kindergarten to grade 5.
Each Participation Star earned in Children's Worship = $1 to spend at the store.
Kids will receive a piece of paper on next store date with info of # of stars they have to spend.
If the store is open at 12:30pm, please note that Parents DO need to accompany kids to the store (located near Worship Hall 2).
