Keep on working on your daily work I sent home. Keep trying to follow the daily schedules on the green or lavender sheets. Use your journals every day. Please write down your thoughts and or specific questions in your journals.
As some of you have already done---e-mail me any time your want. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure you're taking breaks and playing outside when you get the chance.
March 30-April 3

We will mostly be going over work you may have already done.
Don't forget to try Public Television (NETV). There are a lot of neat programs on there to enrich learning.

The entry way is open to hand in and pick up assignments/correspondence starting @ 7:00 am.

Thanks for handing in your work in the entry way @ school. Also, take home what has been corrected in the take home folder and items from the teachers that teach Specials.(Music & P.E.)

Keep handing in your finished assignments in the entry way at school--(Open 7:00 am-7:00 pm) Mon.-Fri.
Also, read the comments on the graded work so you can learn from the mistakes. It's very important!
*Parents, try to get your child's work to school at least once a week. It's more effective if the students get response to their finished work as quickly as possible. If it piles up to one or two big hand ins, their work isn't very fresh in their minds and their learning isn't as good as it could be.

***Parents: Thanks for the tremendous job getting your child's work to the school entry way or letting me know your plan of when you'll be getting it there. Their handed in work will give a more accurate picture of their grades for this quarter on their report card. I have been trying to get there once or twice a week to get it and then bring it back graded. I know this isn't the best way to give students feedback, but it gives them a feeling that their hard work is being noticed and that it matters.
