My Design Experience Reflection

Upon the completion of this signature assignment, I reflected upon these five questions and created a slideshow of my answers.

• What did I learn by doing the design project?

Overall, I enjoyed learning more about the design process through this signature assignment. It was a lot of trial and error, along with plenty of research and revisions. While my work has not solved the initial problem of why teachers sometimes struggle to effectively leverage new technologies for teaching and learning, I do feel I accomplished my goal: To design a technology-based professional development support to improve the ways in which teachers integrate personalized interactive learning technology into their teaching practices.

With the information I've gathered, I plan to do what I can to assist my colleagues with technology program implementation and intergration by constructing a database of self-help and guided tutorials (webinars) compiled in one space to serve as a reference tool for successful and streamlined technology program use in the classroom.
