Who Am I?

Hello To You All!

My name is Kaylin Rogers and I am a 2003 graduate of Clinton High School located in Clinton, Louisiana and a 2008 graduate of Southern University A&M College located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I completed the Louisiana Resource Center for Educators Certification program for Middle School Social Studies Grades 4-8.

I have been in the Education field for nine years, with this school year being my tenth. I worked for the ISTEEP program for three years and have been teaching for seven years. I have taught both English Language Arts and Social Studies within the East Feliciana Parish School System. I am currently teaching 6th Grade Social Studies here at Glen Oaks Magnet High School-Middle School.

I am a mother of two beautiful daughters Senia, who is sixteen years old, and Audrey, who is three years old. I am looking forward to a great school year here at Glen Oaks Magnet High-Middle School!
