Course Syllabus
Students and Parents,
On the right is a brief outline of what will be studied in 7th and 8th Grade Social Studies. Students in 7th Grade will be studying how America gained its independence and students in 8th Grade will be studying the history of Louisiana. All material will be designed and matched to the curriculum and guidelines of the State of Louisiana.
Grading Scale & Policies
Plagiarism will not be tolerated in the class. Please attempt to complete every assignment with academic honesty and integrity.
Attendance Requirements
All students are required to attend class every day.
Attendance will be tracked through JCampus ans Google Attendance.
If you will not be online for class, please notify me at my email , and a Google Calendar invite will be set up so that missed lesson assignments can be discussed.
Technology Requirements
All Students must have a working Chromebook
Access to Internet, HotSpot, and Google Classroom
