Guidebooks 2.0 is composed of daily ELA lessons developed in partnership with the Louisiana Department of Education. This is the district mandated Tier 1 curriculum that is used for all students in 5th grade. Books (both fiction and nonfiction) are used to teach the Common Core State Standards through reading. Students are asked to read, write, respond, and discuss these books throughout each unit.
