The EBR Communications Department aims to keep the community informed and engaged in all of the exciting things happening throughout the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. The department provides strategic communications and marketing campaigns to effectively engage with all stakeholders. Additionally, the department focuses on the district’s visibility through increased advertising and other digital and social media communication efforts.
In order for our department to best serve you, we ask that you complete the appropriate request form below. For all requests, please adhere to the following protocols:
All requests must be complete and include ALL required details. Please do not submit an incomplete request form as this hinders our processes and creates additional delays. If your request does not include all necessary details, it will be denied and you will be required to submit a new request once you have all information available.
EBRPSS Request for Social Media Post or Event Photography: Please let us know of the event a Month or 2 Weeks before the actual event.

5-7 Business Days for an initial proof. Please account for any additional time needed for correspondence, changes/edits, and delivery of final files.
If you NEED a design, please use the Graphic Design Request Form before filling out the printing request form.
You must have an EBR Department or School Account number to receive a login ID and password. If you have trouble remembering your ID or password, please contact us.
Proofs take 5–7 business days.
Extra time may be needed for edits, emails, and final delivery.
If you need it sooner, please email us before sending your request to confirm.
Last-minute requests will be considered, but frequent rush orders affect everyone and may not be accepted.
All design requests must include final, print-ready text. Proofs are only for checking design and layout—not fixing your information. Sending incomplete info will delay your order.

A proof will be emailed to you from Asana within 7 business days.
