The EBR Communications Department aims to keep the community informed and engaged in all of the exciting things happening throughout the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. The department provides strategic communications and marketing campaigns to effectively engage with all stakeholders. Additionally, the department focuses on the district’s visibility through increased advertising and other digital and social media communication efforts.
In order for our department to best serve you, we ask that you complete the appropriate request form below. For all requests, please adhere to the following protocols:
All requests must be complete and include ALL required details. Please do not submit an incomplete request form as this hinders our processes and creates additional delays. If your request does not include all necessary details, it will be denied and you will be required to submit a new request once you have all information available.
Graphic Design Requests
Our standard turnaround time is listed below. In the event that you will need your order sooner than the dates listed below, you will need to email in advance of sending your order to confirm that your deadline can be met.
5-7 Business Days for an initial proof. Please account for any additional time needed for correspondence, changes/edits, and delivery of final files.
Please understand that we will do our best to meet any last-minute requests. However, abuse of this courtesy prevents workflow timelines for all district-wide requests and will not be accommodated.
All Graphic Design Requests must include "print-ready" text and information. The proofing process is intended to make changes to the design and layout, NOT your information. Failure to submit finalized text and information will cause delays and can cause your order to be placed on hold.
Once your request is received, your order will be assigned and placed in our queue. A proof will be sent to the email address provided on your form. The proof will come from "proofing@hive.com" If you do not receive your proof within 7 business days, please feel free to reach out to us. Any contact made prior to this only hinders our availability to work on design requests.
Should you have changes to request, you may annotate them on the document that was shared through Hive. The red X mark indicates that the item is not approved, requires edits and additional proof. The green check mark indicates your approval of the document as is.

Complete this request with all required information for your order. Please complete one form for each item! Be sure to include the desired quantity, size, and material. An incomplete request will not be accepted. If you have requested to receive a proof, please be sure to respond to that in a timely manner. Failure to do so will delay the time in which your order is completed.
