Classification of Students
Classification of Students
A student’s classification is determined by the number of units of credit earned at the end of each school year. A final semester grade of “D” or better earns one-half credit for one semester of work.
Freshman (9th Grade): 0 – 4 1/2 Units
Sophomore (10th Grade): 5 – 10 1/2 Units
Junior (11th Grade): 11 – 16 1/2 Units
Senior (12th Grade)17+ Units
