My name is Ms. Ferguson and I am so glad to be your teacher this year! I was born in Baton Rouge and moved around until I went to college at LSU (I went to 3 different high schools). I have 2 degrees from LSU, a Bachelor's in Mathematics and a Master's of Arts in Teaching. Currently I am pursuing a MBA to start my own business one day. I love sports, making digital art, playing with my two standard poodles and listening to music.

The craziest thing I've ever done is skydiving.

My hope is that you continue to love and build upon your math knowledge. ANYBODY can be a "math person". Growth Mindset is something I will talk about a lot during this school year. Although things are going to be very different this year we have a chance to come together virtually and learn as much as we can. I can't wait to see what we can accomplish this year!
