Typically, students receive the work missed when they return from vacation. Often times plans need to change based on the needs of the students. With that being said, if a student touches base with me two days before leaving, I might be able to provide a general idea of what is being missed. For math, I would predict the lessons/pages missed so that the student can learn the material and do some problems. For science, I would share the topics that we are covering (and possibly links to the lesson). As far as getting actual worksheets, that is something that would be picked up when returning to school.
