Active Minds is the nation’s premier nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for young adults. Active Minds uses a peer-to-peer approach by involving more students, increasing the support system for our students, and by improving the overall atmosphere in this school community. The Active Minds chapter plans events at school and in the community, fundraise, spread support throughout regular school days, attend educational training, and raise awareness about mental health.

Armonia is a pop choir that meets after school on Mondays, 2-2:30pm. It is open to everyone in grades 7-12. No chorus experience is necessary - come sing with us!
Students from 7th-12th grade can come and work on projects independently or in a group. Various mediums are encouraged and explored. I give directions as needed. This is a safe space for like-minded students to express themselves artistically. We also work as a team for various school projects: Decorating windows during the holidays/Decorating hallways, etc.

Students are able to practice different improv skills, skits, and work on their stand-up comedy in front of an audience.
DECA is EB’s business club. It is a national organization whose mission is “to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.” Students who participate in DECA compete in a variety of business role-plays and presentations across a broad range of topics. Competitions begin at the district level. Strong student performance at districts leads to state qualification and strong performance at states can lead to participation in the International Career Development Conference. We are also responsible for running the school store.
The Drama Club/Theatre Department puts on a full length musical. We start rehearsing in September and performs in March.

This is a club for kids who are interested in learning all aspects of video production - running cameras, audio, lighting, filming, broadcasting and editing. Members will be able to help cover events being recorded at the high school.

This year the environmental club is focusing on community connections. We are investigating partnering with local farms and composting in school. The club meets every thursday. During these meetings we sometimes discuss smaller goals such as fundraising and guest speakers, other times we involve art and do eco friendly crafts. All are welcome to come at any point during the school year.

Junior Jazz Band meets Thursdays from 2-4pm. It is open to students in grades 7-12. This is an audition group that includes standard concert band instrumentation as well as guitar, piano, bass, and drum set.
Sr. Jazz Ensemble is the school's top instrumental group for grades 9-12. Audition is required in order to take part. Students meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and once additionally during the week with just their instrument/section. Students play high-level jazz music, from standards to modern fusion, and everything in between. They also complete with other jazz ensembles across the state.
The Jazz Combo is a student-run small ensemble consisting of high school students who play at a high level. Members are determined by the advisor and student leader. Rehearsals are on Thursdays, and students play jazz standards, fusion charts, and ballads.
A volunteer-based club that partners with Kiwanis International to host events and volunteer opportunities to benefit the school and community.
LGBTQ+ Club provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ people and allies to form community.

Marching band consists of students grades 7-12. Students learn music that supports a show theme and play that music while marching drill on a football field. Marching band consists of wind instruments, drum line, pit ensemble, and color guard. Students perform their field show at football games, pep rally, parades in various towns, and travel to multiple districts throughout the year to compete.

Math team is a group of students who come together to practice solving challenging math problems to compete in monthly meets with nearby schools. This club provides opportunities for students to expose themselves to math that they may not see in the classroom.
National chapter that inducts juniors and seniors with a GPA over 3.6 and has shown success in areas of leadership, service, and character. Students must do community service which also includes tutoring in school.

Percussion Ensemble is an afterschool performance group at the high school that meets starting in January through the spring. Students in grades 7-12 may join. Students learn music on various percussion instruments (mallet percussion, auxiliary, drum set, etc.). Student work culminates in a performance at the high school spring concert and pops concert in the spring. No experience is needed to join this group.

Rhythmix is our school's top singing group for students in grades 9-12. We sing primarily a cappella and jazz music. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. An audition is required.

The saxophone quartet is a student-led small ensemble that meets once a week. Students work together to play chamber-style music in multiple genres, from jazz to classical to pop. Students also work with the advisor to prepare for concerts, fundraisers, community events, etc.

Last year we recognized red ribbon week, sent kindness kandygrams and set up a PROMise campaign where students pledge to make good choices during prom season. Student Council is an organization conducted by students and supervised by adults. The purpose of the student council is to give students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects.
We are the governing body for the entire school. We host activities to promote school culture and school spirit.

This is an honor society open to music students in grades 10-12. There is an application process. Tri-M students complete community service and perform at events around East Bridgewater, both at the school and in the community.
Team sports bring people together. Special Olympics Unified Sports teams do that, too and much more. With over a million people worldwide that take part in Unified Sports, breaking down stereotypes about people with intellectual disabilities in a really fun way.
The goal of Unity Club is to help build a school community where we are all accepting and welcoming of each other, no matter our differences. We plan events and school displays to celebrate inclusivity and diversity. We are also a forum to talk about the threats to this mission. We discuss issues of racism, discrimination, and hate, and the ways we can combat them.
