Disability Rights of NJ: Youth transition to Adulthood
Center For Adult Transition (C.A.T.) -
Brookdale Community College: Located in Lincroft, this program is designed for neurodiverse young adults (ages 18–24). It runs a Two-Year Certificate Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays (9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.), focusing on autonomy, workplace readiness, and peer socialization.

Center for Adult Transitions -
UCNJ: Located nearby, the Union County College NEST program serves high school graduates up to age 24. It pairs students with trained peer mentors and offers midweek educational opportunities, career exploration, and social support.
For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Their programs bridge the gap for post-grads through community citizens chapters, corporate mentorship, and adult friendship matching. They also offer the following programs:

Through their local county chapters, they offer year-round transition and day programs focusing on vocational training, peer mentorship, and healthy lifestyles.

The ARC of NJ-Planning for Adult Life
Planning for Adult Life is a statewide project funded by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to assist young adults (between the ages of 16-21) with developmental disabilities and their families in charting a life course for adulthood. We offer a variety of resources including Informational sessions, webinars, and resource guides/materials that address the following core areas:
