Mrs. McCauley
About Me:
Hi! My name is Mrs. (Kelly Ann) McCauley, I am your reading and writing teacher. I just love teaching ILA (Integrated Language Arts) and I love working at Lawrence Brook!
This is my 10th year teaching in East Brunswick. I graduated from Rowan University with a dual BA in Elementary Education and English. Right after graduating, I started at LB working as an aide in kindergarten and the ASK Program and then I went on to teach 1st grade. I have spent most of my teaching career though teaching 4th grade reading, writing, and social studies.
I have an almost 4 year old daughter named Lenzi and she is such a character. She enjoys exploring, coloring, singing and swimming at the beach.
My husband Brian and I were high school sweethearts and just celebrated 8 years of marriage this summer.
Overall, I am very excited to meet you all! The excitement of a new year and students is always something I look forward to.
