After completing the registration process, we will send you following equipments for anastomosis.

Set up

　To ensure fairness in the shooting environment, please use the EBM Anasthon Kit TM3 to shoot the anastomosis video.
　Participation of "assistant" is not allowed. Please complete the process from "Arteriotomy" to "Knot-tying" by an operator.

Submission of anastomosis video

When you receive the equipment, please send the video of the anastomosis taken with your smartphone, camera, etc. to the management office (URL below).

・Use official simulator set-up

・ No assistant

・ You can proceed your anastomosis method

・Please note that "Arteriotomy", "heel", "Initial side", "Toe", "Another side", "Knot-tie", "Image of the lumen after cutting the graft" is included.

File name shall be "YOUR NAME_version number". e.g. MichaelSmith_v1, TaroYamada_v2

Summit your video via following URL.

The file size should be under 2GB.

If you cannot adjust the vido size,please use another sending service.（Ex:Wetransfer,ギガファイル便,box　etc.)

Please note that we may ask you to re-take a video if the following contents are NOT INCLUDED.

Arteriotomy
Needle work on graft side.
heel
Initial side, Toe, The other side
Knot tie
Outcome, Luminal shape (Cut off the graft. Show the luminal shape and the "patency")

1.The video should be taken horizontally.

2.Before you start shooting, enlarge the anastomosis make sure to see it well.

We recommend that you capture at least 2/3 of the screen.

Re-submission

You can replace the video if it is within the above submission deadline.

Please use "NAME" + "v " + "NUMBER" as the file name.

If you cannot change the file name (iPhone, iPad), please write information of "Junior or Senior", "Your name"_and "Version number" in the comment field when posting.

The latest uploaded date will be the final version.

Again, we accept the latest summitted version as a formally registered video for assessment.

After replacing with v2, even if you wish to replace v1 and v3 with the same contents, please be sure to upload v3 as the latest one at the end. we always accept "THE LATEST UPLOADED VIDEO".
