Transform your pet into the spookiest or most adorable creature and stand a chance to win amazing prizes!

**HOW TO ENTER**  

1. *Dress Up Your Pet* 

Get your furry (or not-so-furry) friend in their best Halloween attire. From witches to warlocks, ghosts to goblins, superheroes, pumpkins.. the more creative, the better! Let your imagination run wild!  

2. *Like & Share*

Like the Ebby 190-Richardson Facebook page and share the contest post on your own page. Encourage your friends and family to visit the Ebby 190 Richardson Facebook page and vote for your fur-baby!

3. *Submit Your Entry*

Send a photo of your pet in their costume to your Ebby 190-Richardson agent or DM the photo to the Ebby 190-Richardson Facebook page.

Please include: 

• Your pet’s name 

• A fun caption about the costume

Round up your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers... basically anyone who loves adorable pets!

**CATEGORIES**  

1. *Spookiest:** We're looking for the costume that gives us the biggest Halloween chills and thrills! 

2. *Cutest:** It's not just about the costume! A fun backdrop, creative setting, or adorable pose can make your entry extra cute. 

3. *People’s Choice:** The pet who gets the most likes, shares, and comments will take the People's Choice prize!

**Prizes**

One Prize will be awarded in each category.

* Last Date for Entries: October 23rd

**Terms & Conditions**  

1. Only one entry per pet. Multiple pets per owner are welcome! 

2. AI-generated or AI-created photos are not allowed. Entries must feature a real photo of the participating pet. Photos that have been generated or substantially altered using AI will not be included in the contest voting.

3. By entering, participants give Ebby Halliday Real Estate, LLC permission to use and share their submitted images/videos on social media, the company's website, and promotional material.
