· Walk to school and home
· Walk every day or second day around the neighbourhood
· Go for a bike ride
· Play hopscotch

· Paper, scissors, rock relays: The loser rans to a point and back and the game starts again. If the same, both run.
· Balloons – keep it off the ground / balloon tennis
