History background

In 2010, the School of Public Health has been established in Eastern Asia University and students were enrolled into bachelor program for the first time in this year. The Bachelor of Science in Public Health is a flexible degree that offers students three majors to choose from: Public Health, Environmental Health, and Occupational Health and Safety. These courses investigate the concepts of public health and the interconnection between human, science, social and environmental issues.

Message from the Dean

The School of Public Health has been established in Eastern Asia University since 2010. There are three branches for Bachelor of Science in Public Health; Public Health, Environmental Health, and Occupational Health and Safety.

The philosophy is to produce knowledge of health for developing the standard and quality of life of people.The vision is to be the health learning resource for developing people’s quality of life by providing a variety of the learning experiences both theories and practices for students to achieve curriculum goals.

The desirable graduate characteristics are to be volunteer-minded, responsible for social, generous, merciful, and helping people without any expectation. In addition, being a volunteer for community is needed.

We hope that the graduates will be able to develop people’s quality of life in society and nation further.
