Art of Computer Science

*Required for graduation  

Grades:  9 Length:  Semester Prerequisite:  None

This course will teach the fundamentals of the Microsoft Office Suite, exposing students to practical examples of the computer as a useful tool.  Students will be acquainted with the proper procedures for creating documents (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint). An exercise-oriented approach will allow students to learn by example and encourage independent study.
