Hello! I am Amber Hoefling. I graduated from South Dakota State University (Go Jacks!) in the spring of 2024 and am very excited to enter year three here at East Sac County this fall! In my free time I like to bake and spend time with my dog, Roper as well as my new niece!
I teach Natural Resource Management, Horticulture, Ag Business, Animal Science, Intro to Ag, Ag Mechanics, Intro to Vet Med, Animal Nutrition and Reproduction, Small Animal Care, and Electrical Tech. Along with a wide variety of classes, I am also the Jr./Sr. High FFA Advisor.
