Hello! I am Amber Hoefling. I graduated from South Dakota State University (Go Jacks!) in the spring of 2024 and am very excited to enter year two here at East Sac County this fall! In my free time I like to spend time baking and spending time with my dog, Roper.
I teach horticulture, intro to ag, nutrition science, ag business, biotechnology, ag leadership, as well as biology. Along with a wide variety of classes, I am also a Jr./Sr. High FFA Advisor.
