I graduated from Kutztown University in 1996 with a BS degree in Secondary Education with Certification in Physics and Math. I then completed the necessary coursework to earn my BS degree in Physics. I then earned a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kutztown University in 2000. In the summer of 2009, I earned a certification in Supervision of Instruction. I also earned 21 graduate credits in physics from Kutztown and UVa.
I began my teaching career in January 1997 in the Tri-Valley School District in Hegins, PA where I taught students in Physics, Algebra 1, Math Analysis, Precalculus, Programming in C++, and Physics/Chemistry 2. In the spring of 1998, I was offered a physics position here at EHS by Dr. Corradetti. We now have 6 levels of physics--Applied, College Prep 1, College prep 2, AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, and AP C: Mechanics and E&M.
