Meet Mrs. Green

My husband and I tied the knot in August 2024! We share our lives with our beloved dog, Josie, who is truly the heart of our home. Together, we enjoy traveling and exploring the outdoors, especially hiking.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University in 2017, specializing in Elementary Education (PreK-4th grade) and Special Education (PreK-12th grade). In 2020, I completed my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, along with a certification in English as a Second Language. During college breaks, I worked as a lifeguard at Baer Memorial Swimming Pool and later became a certified Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor.

My teaching career began in 2017 as an Emotional Support Interventionist with CLIU #21. After four years as a Special Education Teacher within the same organization, I joined the East Penn School District in 2022. Since then I taught Reading Seminar and Math Standards, and cotaught Reading, ELA, and Math.

In 2023, I took on the exciting role of coaching field hockey at Lower Macungie Middle School and became a member of the LMMS Ski & Snowboard Club in 2022.

When I’m not teaching or coaching, I spend my spare time traveling, hiking, running, and skiing.
