Hello, my name is Mrs. Erin Dry. I am in my 19th year of teaching music. I am a proud graduate of Penn State University (B.S. in Music Ed, 2003) and West Chester University (M.M. in Music Ed, 2008). I have been teaching the students at Willow Lane since the school opened in 2010.

My primary instrument is flute, which I have been playing since 4th grade. I also love to sing and play piano, guitar, and ukulele.

I was very lucky to have rich musical experiences throughout my K-12 schooling in the North Penn School District in Lansdale. During my high school career, I was a devoted member of the marching band, indoor percussion ensemble, and pit orchestra for the musical. I played flute in the Wind Ensemble and Orchestra. I also played flute in many PMEA festivals, and I was very excited to be selected for the PMEA All-State Band.

While studying at Penn State, I continued to have fantastic ensemble experiences in the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Philharmonic Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, and Oriana Singers. I also performed many solo flute recitals and earned a Performer's Recognition Certificate. One of the highlights for me was winning a competition to be a featured soloist with the Symphonic Wind Ensemble.

Before I was married and super busy with my children, I sang with the Bach Choir of Bethlehem for two years in the Soprano II section.

Recently, I got involved as a volunteer and performer in my town's yearly music festival called Make Music Upper Perk.

In addition to my love of performing, I have a passion for music technology.

Each of the musical experiences I have had throughout MY life contributes to my desire to get kids excited about everything music has to offer in THEIR lives.

My husband and I have two elementary-aged children. We love being in and around water. In recent years, we have discovered we love whitewater rafting! We are also obsessed with our Goldendoodle puppy, Parker.
