This course will provide students with the knowledge required to apply design principles to the multimedia areas of graphics and illustration. Professional quality software titles, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, will be utilized to prepare students for creating dynamic, interactive content to be used in both print and web based applications.
This course is set up to teach Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud for the first half of instruction and Adobe Illustrator Creative Cloud for the second half of instruction. Following the course work at the end of each quarter, there will be a cumulative final for that piece of software. The course is designed to prepare students for Adobe Certification exams which can be taken after completion of Advanced Photoshop.
