Macungie Elementary School
Paige Shingler is a passionate fourth-grade math and science teacher at Macungie Elementary. She brings STEAM to life through engaging lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a love of learning in her students. Miss Shingler holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Social Emotional Learning. She is deeply committed to helping young learners understand the world around them and their role in it. As an alumna of the East Penn School District, Macungie Elementary holds a special place in her heart.
Beyond the classroom, Miss Shingler is the head coach of the Girls on the Run program, where she inspires teamwork, resilience, and personal growth both on and off the field. At Macungie Elementary, she collaborates closely with her colleagues, Mrs. Lauer, the English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher, and Mrs. Ziemba, the learning support teacher.
Outside of school, Ms. Shingler loves exploring national parks, relaxing at the beach, baking and cooking, crafting, and staying active.

You can always email me with questions, but the best way to see what we're doing in class and if your child has assignments coming up is by getting connected on the following two programs!
This is my primary means of communication. I will send out weekly updates on Seesaw.
Students will receive digital assignments and assessments in Google Classroom.
Check out our Family Tech Resources Website! The purpose of this site is to provide both students and families of the East Penn School District resources on the technology they are using in the classroom. Some of the resources are created by East Penn, while others may be created by the companies themselves.
