Meet Mr. Solt

I graduated from Northwestern Lehigh High School (Go Tigers!) in 2018. Following high school, I attended Lehigh Carbon Community College with a focus on education. I graduated from LCCC in May 2020 with my Associates Degree in Education. I continued my education at Kutztown University where I received my BSEd in Secondary Social Studies. In Spring 2023, I returned to Kutztown University to obtain my M.Ed. in Secondary Education Curriculum and Instruction as well as my K-12 Principal Certification. 

Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked at Northwestern Lehigh in a variety of roles. My tenure with the district began as temporary summer help in the transportation and buildings/grounds departments. Eventually, I became a part-time custodian where I worked for five years. During that time, I also obtained my Commercial Driver's License to drive school bus. I continue to drive athletic events and field trips for Northwestern. 

In August 2022, I began teaching at Lower Macungie Middle School as a Math Interventionist for students in grades 6-8. I held this role until June 2024 when I received a new position as a 7th Grade Social Studies Teacher starting the 2024-2025 school year. In addition to my roles as a Math Interventionist and Social Studies Teacher, I have taught Extended School Year (ESY) at Eyer Middle School and co-advised the Electric Zebras Catch-Up Club and the Keystone Algebra I Bootcamp Club.
