I graduated from Kutztown University in 1996 with a BS degree in Secondary Education with Certification in Physics and Math. I then completed the necessary coursework to earn my BS degree in Physics. I then earned a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kutztown University in 2000. In the summer of 2009, I earned a certification in Supervision of Instruction. I also earned 21 graduate credits in physics from Kutztown and UVa.
I began my teaching career in January 1997 in the Tri-Valley School District in Hegins, PA where I taught students in Physics, Algebra 1, Math Analysis, Precalculus, Programming in C++, and Physics/Chemistry 2. In the spring of 1998, I was offered a physics position here at EHS by Dr. Corradetti. We now have 6 levels of physics--Physics Matters, College Prep 1, College prep 2, AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, and AP C: Mechanics and E&M.
Check out our Family Tech Resources Website! The purpose of this site is to provide both students and families of the East Penn School District resources on the technology they are using in the classroom. Some of the resources are created by East Penn, while others may be created by the companies themselves.
