About Me

Meet Mrs. Fair

My husband and I have been married since 1999, and we have two children in their twenties. We live in Allentown, and both children attend Emmaus High School.  My oldest son will graduate from Kutztown University in May 2025 and plans to start his career at Mass Mutual.  My younger son should graduate from Kutztown University in December 2025 as a finance major.

I graduated from Salisbury Area High School in 1991 and then completed my BS in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Middle School Math in 1995 from University of Delaware. I began my teaching career in Fairfax Public Schools and lived in Alexandria, VA for 5 years.  During that time, I completed my Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from George Mason University. 

In 2000, my husband and I decided to move to the Lehigh Valley.  Marc and I both taught at Nazareth Middle School.  I was a technology specialist, and Marc was a middle school math teacher.  Marc is now a math teacher at Nazareth Area High School.  

In 2007, I was hired by East Penn as a Technology Specialist.  In 2012, I received my English as a Second Language teaching certificate and transitioned from Technology Specialist to ESL Specialist.  I have been an ESL Specialist in the district since 2014 and have worked in several of the elementary buildings. 

I enjoy walking outdoors, spending time with my dogs, cheering on the Steelers, and reading in the pool.
