Good Evening Parents and Guardians,

My name is Paula Blanton, and I am your child’s Student Assistance Counselor (SAC) and Anti-Bullying Specialist (ABS) at East Orange Campus High School. My duties and responsibilities as the SAC are to assess and aid students who may have substance abuse or mental health issues. To provide on-going education training to students, staff and parents, about the various drugs, trends, and other harmful substances. As the SAC I must monitor that the Alcohol and Drug policy of the district is being followed at the school level. As the ABS I lead the investigation of incidents of harassment, intimidation, and bullying in the school and act as the primary school official responsible for preventing identifying and addressing incidents of harassment, intimidation, and bullying in the school.
