Easton Area High School's AP Refund Policy

For exams for courses beginning before Nov 16, 2025

We understand that on rare occasions students must cancel an exam. Here is our refund policy:

• Students who cancel an exam by Weds - Nov 5, 2025 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - May 2, 2026 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $40.00 (per exam cancelled).

• After Fri - May 2, 2026 there are no refunds.

• Late fees are nonrefundable.

For exams for courses beginning after Nov 15, 2025

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - March 13, 2026 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.

• Students who cancel an exam by Fri - May 2, 2026 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $40.00 (per exam cancelled).

• After Fri - May 2, 2026 there are no refunds.

• Late fees are nonrefundable.
