Attorney Easton has extensive courtroom experience litigating all kinds of contested Domestic Relations matters to include all matters involving Family Law (as well as Protective Orders & Domestic related Felony/misdemeanor charges). Whether it involves child custody/visitation matters, and/or child/spousal support related matters, Attorney Easton is experienced in both Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, as well as focusing primarily on Contested Divorces in Circuit Court. Attorney Easton has much experience negotiating and litigating against opposing counsels and pro se parties in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and Circuit Court. Attorney Easton is very experienced in working with Guardian ad Litem(s) and government agencies such as Child Protective Services (CPS), Adult Protective Services (APS), Department of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE), City Attorneys, and other government agencies that can greatly impact a client and their domestic related rights and freedoms.
